Privacy policy

Good Guy Graphics LLC runs this website. This page explains what we collect when you use it, why, and what we do with it. Short version: we collect what we need to make and deliver your order, we don’t sell it, and you can ask us to delete it.

What we collect

Account & order details — your name, email, phone, shipping and billing address, the products and options you order, and the artwork files you upload. Payment — handled by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number. Site usage — standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) a small number of cookies that keep you signed in and keep your cart, and Google Analytics, which sets its own cookies to tell us how the site is used (pages viewed, products added to a cart, purchases) — not who you are. We don’t run advertising trackers or sell any of this.

Why we use it

To produce and ship your order, send proofs and order updates, answer your questions, keep your account secure, prevent fraud, and improve the shop. If you ask us to, we’ll also send occasional news about products and offers — you can stop that any time.

Who we share it with

Only the companies that help us fulfil your order: our payment processor (Stripe), shipping carriers and label services, email delivery, our hosting and database providers, and — for decorated goods — the suppliers who make the blank items, who receive the product details but not your payment information. We don’t sell or rent personal information. We’ll disclose information if the law requires it.

Your artwork

Files you upload are stored so we can produce your order and reprint it later if you ask. They aren’t shared beyond production. Ask us and we’ll delete them.

Cookies

We use cookies to keep you signed in, hold your cart, and remember your display preferences — blocking those will stop checkout from working — plus Google Analytics cookies (_ga, _ga_*) for anonymous usage statistics, which you can block without affecting your order. See how Google uses data from sites that use its services.

Keeping it safe

Connections are encrypted (HTTPS), passwords are stored hashed, and payment details stay with Stripe. No system is perfect; if we ever have a breach affecting your data we’ll tell you.

Your choices (including California residents)

You can see and update your details in your account, and you can ask us to send you a copy of the personal information we hold, correct it, or delete it (we keep what we must for tax and accounting records). We don’t sell personal information, so there’s nothing to opt out of. Email sales@goodguygraphics.com and we’ll respond within 30 days.

Children

This site is for businesses and adults; we don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
