Terms of sale

These terms apply to every order placed with Good Guy Graphics LLC (“we”, “us”) through this website. By placing an order you agree to them. Our shipping & reprint policy and privacy policy are part of these terms.

Orders & payment

An order is accepted when your payment is captured and you receive our order confirmation. Prices are in U.S. dollars and are the prices shown at the time you check out; applicable sales tax and shipping are added at checkout. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if a price was displayed in error, an item is discontinued, or artwork can’t be produced — and will refund anything you paid for it.

Your artwork

You confirm that you own or have permission to use everything in the artwork you send us — logos, images, text, fonts — and that printing it won’t infringe anyone’s rights or break any law. You’re responsible for the content; we may decline artwork we consider unlawful, hateful or a trademark we can’t verify you’re allowed to use. You grant us a limited license to reproduce your artwork solely to produce your order, and to show finished work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

Proofs & approval

Where we send a proof, production starts after you approve it. You’re responsible for checking it — spelling, layout, sizes, colors and quantities. We produce what was approved.

Custom goods, reprints & refunds

Everything is made to order and isn’t returnable for change of mind. Defective, damaged or incorrect items are reprinted or refunded as described in the shipping & reprint policy. Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Quantities, materials & color

Industry-standard over/under runs of up to 5% may apply to some print products; we bill for the quantity shipped, never above what you ordered. Blank goods come from our suppliers and may be substituted with an equivalent item if one is discontinued — we’ll tell you first. Color reproduction is within normal commercial tolerance.

Accounts

You’re responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your password private. Tell us right away if you think it’s been used without your permission.

Changes & law

We may update these terms; the version posted when you order applies to that order. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, and any dispute will be handled in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.
